A one-time registration process is required when you sign in for the first time.
You can use an account assigned to you by your work or school (such as the account you use for Azure or Office 365 at work),
or an account that you have created personally (for example, accounts in a domain like Hotmail.com, Outlook.com, or Live.com).
Once signed in, you can publish new items, or manage existing items.
You do not need to register or sign in to the Gallery to install or save items.
