.SYNOPSIS
    DSC resource associating a work item type with a backlog level on an Azure DevOps inherited process.
 
.DESCRIPTION
    Manages the behavior association that puts a work item type on a backlog.
 
.PARAMETER ProcessName
    Required - System.String
    The name of the inherited process.
 
.PARAMETER WorkItemTypeName
    Required - System.String
    The display name of the work item type.
 
.PARAMETER BehaviorName
    Key - System.String
    The name or reference name of the behavior, for example 'Stories' or
    'System.RequirementBacklogBehavior'.
 
.PARAMETER IsDefault
    Write - System.Boolean
    Whether this work item type is the default for creating new items at that backlog level.
 
.EXAMPLE 1
 
This example puts a custom work item type onto a backlog.
 
Without a behavior association a custom type exists but appears on no backlog and no
board, which is the usual reason a newly created type seems to do nothing.
