0.6.1 - Fixes the Maester pipeline, and notes what Maester 3.0 needs.

Test-MtConditionalAccessWhatIf -AllResults | ConvertTo-CaOutcome produced one outcome per

policy instead of one for the sign-in, because PowerShell unrolls Maester's unwrapped

collection onto the pipeline and each policy result was folded on its own. Policy results

piped in one at a time are now collected and folded together once. Passing a whole response

by parameter, or piping an envelope or JSON string, was never affected.

The custom test template runs unchanged under Maester 2.x and 3.0. Maester 3.0 no longer

installs Pester and needs 5.7.1 or later; without it the template is skipped with a warning.
