    The ISEE URL to send the SOAP request.

    This module contains two XML douments used for the -SOAPRequest Parameter.
    RegistrationSOAPRequest.xml (See Invoke-HPWarrantyRegistrationRequest Cmdlet)
    EntitlementSOAPRequest.xml (See Invoke-HPWarrantyLookup Cmdlet).
