Orders are picked the same working day when they are placed before 15:00.
Standard delivery arrives in two to four working days. Express delivery arrives the next working day and costs extra. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. The customer pays return postage unless the item arrived damaged. Refunds reach the original payment method within five working days. Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new order. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery. Gift receipts hide the price and keep the order number. Orders ship in cardboard boxes with paper tape. Support answers email within one working day. |
