Publish, subscribe and test MQTT 3.1.1 over TCP (1883) or TLS (8883) without installing anything else.
Works on Windows PowerShell 5.1 and PowerShell 7+. The public broker is anonymous: anything you publish
can be read by anyone, so use a random topic prefix. For production, create a private broker at https://connectmq.com/.
The same functions are available as a module
