Manual beta of source commit d4aed5e42845a7bd8806cc4a51fd6e4048a6e0ec. Adds independent CheckCode-selected domain evaluation and requires Prepare RunId for Evaluate. Includes the standalone WAC collector, generated contracts and consumer example. Native domain validations are preserved; the former cross-domain Intent gate is removed. Read-only validation, not a provisioning or convergence guarantee.
