        This will invoke an OAuth Password Grant flow against Azure Active Directory for the common endpoint.
        The token will be valid for the "https://www.superfantasticservername.com" resource.

        The Username is "serviceaccount@domain.com".
        The Password is "TopSecretPassword".
        The Scope is "openid".
