SYNOPSIS
  A PowerShell logging module.

DESCRIPTION
  Creates new logs at specified time intervals and writes logging information to them.

  For more information, see the Initialize-Log function's help.

OUTPUTS
  Log file to <'Directory'\'BaseName'>
