Rename-AzVm

As you know, Azure does not allow you to rename a VM. This function will rename any Azure VM by destroying the VM resource without touching those resources attached, and re-creating it with a new name and these resources. Only work with VM with standard resource attached ! (OSDISK,DATADISK,NETWORK)
