Reads the URL JSON file produced by SPSWakeUP.ps1 and warms up all
SharePoint site collections using parallel Invoke-WebRequest calls
(ForEach-Object -Parallel, available in PowerShell 7+).
The script will exit immediately if the JSON file does not exist.
