The SSMGuiConnect module of AWS Tools for PowerShell lets developers and administrators manage AWS SSM-GUIConnect from the PowerShell scripting environment. In order to manage each AWS service, install the corresponding module (e.g. AWS.Tools.EC2, AWS.Tools.S3...).
