### Fixed

- `Exit-AndWaitOnUI`: Auf Hosts ohne Windows Terminal (z. B. Windows
 Server 2022) blockierte ein aus einem interaktiv geöffneten
 PowerShell-Fenster aufgerufenes Skript fälschlich mit
 "Press any key to continue...". Commit #24 hatte die Prozess-Form
 `pwsh|powershell -> explorer.exe` als UI-Start gewertet — diese Form
 entsteht aber ausschließlich beim interaktiv aus Explorer / Startmenü
 geöffneten Konsolenfenster, nicht durch einen Skript-Doppelklick (die
 `.ps1`-Standardzuordnung führt nicht aus; ausführbare Doppelklicks
 laufen über einen `.cmd`-Stub oder Windows Terminal). Die Erkennung in
 `Get-ScriptIsCalledFromUI` akzeptiert wieder nur die `.cmd`-Stub-Form
 `pwsh|powershell -> cmd.exe -> explorer.exe`. Behebt #38.
