### Changed

- `RequiredModules`-Pin `Execution` von `>= 5.6.0` auf `>= 5.7.0`
 angehoben, die neueste stabile Version, gegen die das Modul getestet ist.
- Build und Tests laufen gegen genau gepinnte Werkzeug-Versionen aus
 `RequiredModules.psd1`: Pester 6.2.0, ModuleBuilder 3.2.18,
 PSScriptAnalyzer 1.25.0.

### Fixed

- Der Build unter Windows PowerShell 5.1 brach ab, weil die Release Notes
 im BOM-losen Manifest Nicht-ASCII-Zeichen trugen; `build.ps1` weist sie
 jetzt mit klarer Meldung ab.
