ADDED: tenant-scoped assessor decisions and structured evidence across HTML, XLSX and JSON. FIXED: authoritative Exchange audit evidence, Graph pagination and diagnostics, permission preflight, and partial collector reporting. Site sharing requires manual review when Graph cannot supply authoritative evidence. Verified end-to-end against a GCC High tenant. FIXED (sovereign cloud): PIM role-policy checks now use the v1.0 roleManagementPolicyAssignments API (filtered by roleDefinitionId) instead of a beta call that 400d in GCC High, returning real Pass/Fail (#978); Power BI routes to the USGovHigh environment with M365Environment threaded into the isolated child process, clearing the WAM redirect-URI error - no portal change needed (#943); Forms and the two beta Teams endpoints (teamsClientConfiguration, teamsMeetingPolicy) have no v1.0 equivalent in GCC High and now emit Skipped for their dependent checks instead of vanishing silently (#941, #940); the Teams license gate recognizes sovereign service plans (TEAMS_GOV/AR_GCCHIGH/AR_DOD) so Teams checks run on government tenants (#940); the compliance licensing overlay uses real service-plan names so DLP/labels/communication-compliance checks no longer false-skip (#980); hardcoded graph.microsoft.com URIs replaced with relative paths (#945); Secure Score confirmed working in GCC High (#939).
