Release Notes

Add functions to get Tag Categories and handle multiple identicle tag names from different tag categories, Check for return on multipel vms and remove vm with shutdown a powered on vm first.  Linux doesnt do the same majic as windows and tries to send a double for disk capacity and api throws 500 error
