A module utilizing the jamesandariese/mkcidata docker container to create
CIDATA ISO files.

Requires a working docker command but does not require it to use a local context.

Sample Usage:

New-CIDATAFile "test.iso" @'
user-data=#cloud-config

users:
 - name: james
   passwd: test
   ssh_import_id:
     - github:jamesandariese
'@ @'
meta-data=inst
