Lightweight, extensible caching for PowerShell.

This script scans the specified Git repository (or the current directory if none is provided), identifies branches not fully merged to master, and produces a styled HTML report of those branches along with commit stats, authorship, and PR status. It supports caching for performance and includes options for filtering and limiting results.
