### Fixed

- `Invoke-WithProgressBoard` (Fenstergroesse und Cursor), `Invoke-WithSpinner` und
 `Show-Countdown` (Cursor): Auf einem umgeleiteten stdout fragen sie die Konsole
 nicht mehr. Die Abfrage warf dort, und PowerShell schreibt auch eine abgefangene
 Ausnahme in die `-ErrorVariable` jedes Aufrufers -- ein Board ohne Konsole
 meldete so ein falsches "The handle is invalid." neben den echten Fehlern.
- `Invoke-WithProgressBoard`, `Invoke-WithSpinner`: Die Abfrage nach
 `Start-ThreadJob` hinterlaesst keinen "not recognized"-Eintrag mehr in der
 `-ErrorVariable` des Aufrufers. Auf Windows PowerShell 5.1 ohne ThreadJob stand
 er bei jedem Lauf dort.
- `Clear-TempDirectories`: Ein Profil, das das Konto nicht lesen darf (fuer einen
 Nicht-Admin jedes fremde), brach den Lauf unter `$ErrorActionPreference =
 'Stop'` mit "Access denied" ab, bevor etwas geleert war. Es zaehlt jetzt als
 nicht vorhanden; der Grund steht im Verbose-Stream.
