1.7.1

- Triggers: New-/Update-OrchTrigger and New-/Update-OrchApiTrigger -MachineRobots
 now resolve robot accounts and modern folder-bound robots (not just users with
 a classic Unattended Robot), and match robot/machine/session names exactly
 rather than as wildcards, so domain\user values round-trip. Get-OrchTrigger /
 Get-OrchApiTrigger render each binding in the same shape -MachineRobots accepts.
- Copy-Orch* with -Recurse now mirrors the source folder tree, creating missing
 destination subfolders on demand (plain modern folders, no package feed)
 instead of erroring "... does not exist". Folders directly under the tenant
 root are not auto-created. Affects Copy-Orch{ActionCatalog, ApiTrigger, Asset,
 Bucket, FolderMachine, FolderUser, Process, Queue, QueueItem, TestDataQueue,
 TestSet, TestSetSchedule, Trigger}.
- Add-OrchUser now succeeds against older Orchestrator (e.g. 22.10): it sends the
 UpdatePolicy the server requires and drops NotificationSubscription fields the
 server's API version predates.
- Deprecated: Set-PmRobotAccount's GroupName0..GroupName9 columns, in favour of a
 single comma-separated GroupName column that Get-PmRobotAccount -ExportCsv now
 writes. Old CSVs still import, with a one-time deprecation warning.
