1.7.3

- Robustness: the HTTP layer now retries 429/503/504 with capped backoff
 (honoring Retry-After) and re-authenticates once on a 401, so transient
 failures and expired/rotated tokens recover automatically; an auth circuit
 breaker makes a genuinely broken credential fail fast. A 401 no longer wedges
 the cache against a token that would re-authenticate.
- Ctrl+C now interrupts an in-flight request (pagination, copy, Invoke-OrchApi),
 not only between calls.
- Identity lookups (Pm users / groups / robot accounts, ...) make about half the
 requests after the three pagination loops were unified into one.
- copy -WhatIf is more informative: a recursive -WhatIf previews every subfolder;
 a root-to-root copy shows tenant-entity counts and warns that folders are
 skipped without -Recurse; copying a personal workspace with no destination
 counterpart warns with guidance instead of erroring; a bucket copy names its
 destination.
- Fixed: ConvertTo-Json of a tag nested beyond -Depth emitted the
 "DisplayName=DisplayValue" string instead of the structured object.
