Fixed (provider): dir / dir -Recurse lost its "Directory:" section headers and rendered folders as
one flat list, because the Folder table view grouped on a Path property that had been removed from
the Folder entity. It now groups on the engine-supplied PSParentPath (like the FileSystem provider).
Display-only.

Fixed (cmdlets): two mismatched FullyQualifiedErrorIds on the trigger serialization helpers are
corrected (executor-robots reported GetRobotsFromFolderError; machine-robot-sessions reported
GetUsersError).

Security: the per-drive config file (plaintext credentials) is now created with owner-only
permissions on Linux/macOS (0600); Windows relies on the per-user profile ACL.

Fixed (cross-platform): -TimeZoneId tab-completion now suggests Orchestrator-valid ids on Linux/macOS.
The completer listed the host OS time-zone ids, which are IANA ids (e.g. Asia/Tokyo) on Linux/macOS,
but Orchestrator's -TimeZoneId requires a Windows time-zone id (e.g. Tokyo Standard Time) and rejects
IANA ids ("not a valid windows time zone id"). The completer now emits Windows ids on every platform:
the live OS list on Windows, and an embedded Windows time-zone table on Linux/macOS. -TimeZone (the
display name, resolved server-side) is unaffected.

Internal: the three folder-scoped trigger enable/disable cmdlets were consolidated onto a shared
EnableFolderEntityCmdletBase, and the folder catalog moved behind a dedicated tenant-scoped
FolderCache (atomic publish, registry-driven clear, targeted folder removal) — both behavior-
preserving. CI: the Linux/macOS CI test matrix added in 1.9.3 now passes — two test classes had
hard-coded Windows path separators (the underlying path conversion was already cross-platform).
Behavior-preserving regression tests were added for the 1.9.3 security fixes, entity-layer purity,
command/help parity, cache-field wiring, the PKCE authorize-URL builder, and folder ordering, and a
few large methods were split into pure testable helpers.
