This update includes:
- New-Team now supports -RetainCreatedGroup switch parameter allowing toggle of group cleanup if team creation fails.
- Add-TeamUser will add user as both owner and member to a team when the -Owner parameter is set.
- Remove-TeamUser bug fixes to handle removal of owners vs members and handling removal of last owner on the team.
- Get-Team improvements for resiliency when used in tenants containing large number of Groups & Teams.
