Breaking change from 0.1.1: DataAgent 0.4.0 replaced the pipeline API, so New-MctfConfig returns the src/fmt/dst config and the feed job calls Invoke-DataAgent. Invoke-MctfFeed and Get-MctfPipelineMode are gone; the stage functions take Settings, RunAt and ArtifactPath instead of a pipeline context. Requires DataAgent 0.4.0 or later.
