A source that returns tables rather than rows (Invoke-Sqlcmd -OutputAs DataTables, whose collection does not enumerate) is refused instead of being written out as the properties of the table object itself. 0.2.0 was the DataAgent 0.4.0 move: New-MctfConfig returns the src/fmt/dst config and the feed job calls Invoke-DataAgent.
