The Alabama submission no longer stops to ask for confirmation on an unattended run. Submit-MctfAlabamaReturn is high impact, so on a non-interactive runner its prompt threw before the request went out and the run mailed the error instead of filing. Invoke-MctfSubmission now calls it with -Confirm:$false, and a hand call still asks.
