A tmw source: a feed can name its state and its TMW values (revenue type, commodity classes, note types, product mapping) in settings, and the module reads the freight itself with a stock TMW query. A state's tests and the company types now ship with the module, each state file naming the specification its tests were built against. Kentucky is the first state file. Feeds that carry their own sql and tests run as before.
