The module brings everything it runs on: DataAgent, SqlServer and Send-FileViaEmail are required modules now, so a feed imports this one module and nothing else. Where a state sets a rule for the bol, the gallons or a tax id, its test follows that rule; where it does not, the test stays as it was.
